Helvino PetroManager subscription terms
These terms govern use of Helvino PetroManager ("the Service") provided by Helvino Technologies Limited ("Helvino") to businesses that register a company account ("the Customer").
The Customer must provide accurate company, KRA PIN and contact information. The Customer is responsible for all users it creates, their roles and permissions, and for keeping credentials confidential. Helvino may approve, reject or suspend registrations that appear inaccurate or fraudulent.
Plans, limits and prices are shown in the application. Trials convert to paid plans when the Customer pays the subscription invoice. Accounts with unpaid invoices beyond the plan's grace period may be suspended until payment is received. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
All business records belong to the Customer. Each company's data is logically isolated from every other company. The Customer may export its data at any time while the account is active and may request export on closure. Helvino processes personal data only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service provides tools to transmit eligible invoices to KRA eTIMS and compute statutory payroll deductions using rates configured in the system. The Customer remains responsible for its tax filings, the correctness of its configuration (including eTIMS credentials) and for verifying statutory remittances. Helvino updates statutory rate tables when regulations change.
M-Pesa and bank integrations use credentials supplied by the Customer, stored encrypted and used only for that Customer. Payment confirmation depends on third-party providers' availability.
The Customer shall not attempt to access other tenants' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Support is provided according to the plan's support level via the in-app helpdesk, email (info@helvino.org) and phone (0110421320 / 0703445756). Helvino uses reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and backed up but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
To the extent permitted by law, Helvino's total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Helvino is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Either party may terminate in accordance with the subscription. On closure, data is retained for the period required by law and then deleted or anonymised.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
